NO CUSTOMER'S FEEL

I drove from modjadjiskloof to tzaneen for lunch (40 km) to and from. i 3 king steers burger and double or nothing burger. arriving at modjadjies i found out that the double burger was not in the pack . i called the store and the cashier admitted they forgot to pack it. an the manager (clever) called me and said he aslo saw it . he said i must come back and collect it or get my refund... what an attitude? how much is my petrol? my time . i had to drive back the following day another 40km found clever and he said what do u need your burger or refund with no remorse. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS A EATING SO IS MY COLLEGUES AND FAMILY AND I WILL DEFINITELY SHARE THIS WITH ALL PEOPLE INTER-ACT WITH. THIS HAS COST ME MORE THAT I THOUGHT... STEERS TZANEEN SASOL STINGS.
