Poor service

@18:19 on 2013-12-03 I called and placed order and told to come collect in 20 min. I arrive there and the cashier tells me it wil be out in a moment. 18:50 I ask them if I cn have my order. They say it's still not ready. 19:00pm I asked for my money back, the guy doesn't even say a word, he takes my slip goes in the kitchen, takes the pizza out the oven and gives it to me. I take it, walk out he doesn't even apologise..when I get to the car I take a bite of the pizza slice and realise that the dough is raw. I go back with it and tell them that the dough is raw, again he doesn't even say a single word, he takes it and puts it back in the oven. I ask him how did it happen that I spent my airtime to call and place an order only to get there and everybody else that came there after me got their orders... he totally ignored me and left me standing there while I was busy talking. And then I ask for my money back.. He tells one of the others to give me my money from the till. I'm so disgusted coz it's not.even for the first time somethin like this happens there. It's a pity that we black pple have to suffer@ franchises in the township. I wil never set my foot there again. Worst service eva
