Manager was rude towards my girlfriend, when she went to the WC she was confronted and told that: 'this is a private establishment and she just can't walk in and use the facilities'. Meanwhile we were sitting downstairs and trying to have a good time. When I confronted the other manager about this, she told me that: ' that does not sound like her husband'. So now I am also lying... This is clearly an old couple that thought it would be an fun and easy project to have a restaurant. But clearly has no manners and should not be doing this at all. I do understand that people make mistakes. But just apoligise if you know that you are wrong, that's all I ask. I mean if you own a restuarant then you should know that one of the first things is to treat your customer with respect and making then enjoy there time.
