Worse KFC eve

Me, my Girlfriend and stepsister went to KFC on 01 November 2013. It was reasonably late and we had to go through the drive through. We ordered are food and was told to wait in the parking area, which we had no problem in doing. After more than 30 minutes we got restless and my stepsister went in to hear what is the problem. They eventually gave us an extra burger, but it didn't help because everything was cold. Then we went away and as soon as we got at our house the bag torn because the staff forcefully tried to put everything in one bag. In my whole life have I never experienced such horrible service. This is not the first time this KFC has given me problems. A lot of people who I know hates this KFC because of their service and food - sometimes the food taste raw and sometimes over cooked. I also lodged a complain on the KFC website but till today no one has replied.

I request from anyone to not support the KFC in strand shopping center because they think we are dogs. We pay a lot for KFC and we deserve to get better food and services.
