Shame on you Melissa's

Yesterday, I was at Melissa's at the waterfront for a quick lunch and ordered a coronation chicken toasted sandwich and tea. The tea was watery and you would have had to use a microscope to find the chicken on the toast - it was more like a thin spread of stringy curried butter!

In addition the service was abysmal. After struggling to get a menu I waited for 10 or 15 minutes but no one came to take my order. Eventually I went to the till to place my order. When I wanted to leave I realised that I would be there all afternoon if I waited at the table for my bill, so I just went to the till to pay and to express my displeasure about the poor food quality. The manager just said that it's not usually like that, and, no, he did not want to see the picture I took of the food - but he still charged full price. Never going back.
