Dry chocken, bone in burger, mayo twiste

This happened last night just before 10pm. Appart frpm waiting in the drive-through for almost 25min for our food, after drivong off the Zinger breast fillet was dried out to a crisp. On my first bite into my Zinger burger (that also sported a fillet resembling biltong) I bit into a BONE! I will send you a photo if you need the proof... My wife ordered an avo and feta twister. As KFC wpuld live up to its bad reputation, there was more mayo in that twister than anything else, a small trace of avo in the mix, and 2pieces of feta cheese rright at the bottom of the twister. We bought our helper a streetwise 1 - lord knows what she got... That is not the end. I spent the whole of last night with a stomach that was burning up, stomach cramps, runny tummy and I felt like absolute trash this morning, as did my wife. This was officially the LAST visit to ANY of your establishments after too many bad experiences. Staff was noisy and neverminded and shouting across the shop and service wondows when they communicated with each other. KFC should go back to the drawing board, because what is served to customers as food and service is an absolute disgrace!
