AWESOME SERVICE

I want to express my greatest appreciation for the service i recieved at Mikes Kitchen Parktown, it was outstanding service and there was so much organisation. I arrived at Mikes kitchen during the evening and i had a few collegues with me unfortunately i had not made a reservation and it seems like the restuarant was fully packed, I was approached by a very helpful manager who swiftly managed to get us a table of twelve, I was so impressed by this because i thought we were going to wait longer.

We were then greeted by our waiter Byron in a very jovial manner and he took our drinks, we were suprised at his speed of delivering the drinks to the table and in no time we were placing our orders, Byron was so fluent and i was astonished by the way he was just organised and he really anticipated our needs before we asked for refills he was already giving them to us and this impressed me.

The food was great and all, i hadnt had such a great steak in a long time i did enjoy it a lot and all was well on the table although there was a minor glitch with the Pork Stir fry it took time to get to the table, Thank you for the great service Byron and the rest of the Parktown staff
