Contractors working whilst people are eating

We were at the Wimpy on Saturday 23rd of November 2012 and were inconvenienced by contractors changing light bulbs, ladders, boxes and tools all over the place. When we complained to the manager that it was not hygienic to have this activity taking place she said they had no choice and that they were instructed to do this by head office. I requested the number for head office so that I could voice my complaint. The manager then gave me a cell phone number and the name of the franchise manager I should contact. I immediately called the number and got voice mail, left a massage that I have a complaint and left my name and telephone number. To date, I have had no response.
