Disgusting service from manageress

I had to admit my daughter into Hillcrest hospital at 8am. Having not eaten breakfast my wife and I ordered from Java. We then later ordered lunch as we awaited the operation. And now at 5pm I went down to the restaurant to order another meal. Whilst waiting for the food to be prepared I grabbed a magazine to page through which was literally snatched off the table in front of me. I was told to pay for the magazine before I read it.. I had spent almost R1k in this restaurant on what is probably the most emotional day I have ever had to encounter and to be met by such disgusting service and attitude from the staff I will never ever eat or allow anyone I know to eat at any of the Java restaurants if that is their attitude. I asked for the owners name and number and was told he too would tell me to buy the magazine. I have tried calling Guy twice but Guy doesn't answer.
