Inferior quality and delivery of cold pizzas

Ordered 2 pizzas a sub and 1 serving of poppits from the westgate mall branch in mitchells plain. We we're told delivery would take place after only about 90mins to 2 hours. We accepted that but upon receiving our order the heat sticker was pitch black the boxes were wet due to rain? And to top it off there were barely any toppings on the pizzas... ther was hardly any cheese visible it was of very bad quality... We tried contacting the store but was unable to get through. I am very disapointed in the quality of their product. It has put me off from ever odering form debonaires again. Have never had these issues with st. Elmso outlets nor any of the other popular pizza places.
