Nandos
Pedestrians not allowed to eat before 12:00

On Sunday I went to Nandos in Brits at around past ten in the morning to sit, relax and enjoy my meal but I was so disappointed and felt so undermined as I was told that they only sell to people who are driving as the restaurant only opens at 12:00 noon only the people who got cars can go in drive-thru when I explained that I do not own or have a car I was told to go walk in the drive-thru like someone who is driving and place my order on the first window then walk to another window to collect my order
I asked myself if this the professional way and good customer service from a big company like Nandos to tread its customers like this.
I felt so unimportant and ashamed to be a pedestrian as it show that I am nothing. It is my understanding that if the door is open for one then it should be open to all as no one's money is important than the other.
