Ad food and teribble service

Dined at restaurant on sunday . food was horrid and service was pathetic. Fish was hard and food lacked flavour. drink orders were ignored and brought late. manager did not know how to resolve the issues. I wrote to restaurant and they denied facts unjustifiably and were defensive and rude in their response.
I will never recomend the restaurant or dine there again
