Bad Experience

As we walked in we requested a table in the smoking section for 2. We were taken through and seated and my wife lit a cigarette and the next waiter came past and told her she may not smoke as there is No Smoking and was led out through the emergency exit and made to finish the cigarette on the pavement. After returning we had to wait about 5 minutes till we could place a drinks order. I ordered a Horlicks Milkshake only to receive a Hot Horlicks after the Waiter had repeated the order. He apologised and admitted his mistake only to wait about 10 minutes for it to arrive. We ordered our food which came with watery pumpkin and a raw Baked potato. We complained to the waiter and he took it away to supposedly sort it out and after around 5 minutes with our food half eaten and appetites totally destroyed the manager arrived and told us a long story about bad quality glazed potatoes they had, half of the story i received as the Spur Birthday song came blaring over the sound system that i could not here myself think let alone hear his story. A bad experience all round. He insisted on us not paying for our half eaten meal although we were prepared to pay the full bill. I am Lost to SPUR
