Brand new Mugg and Bean but pathetic service

My family and I decided to visit the recently opened Mugg and Bean in Midstream Estate yesterday. The restaurant opened about 2 weeks ago and I expected everything to run like clockwork and for service levels to be excellent. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food (3 plates) took more than 35 minutes to come out of the kitchen and only after I told our waiter, Keath, that I am going to cancel the order if the food doesn't arrive at the table within the following 5 minutes. When the food eventually arrived, my egg and bacon croissant looked like it was prepared by a 4 year old! To charge someone R46 for such poor quality food is daylight. To the owner of this new store: Midstream Estate deserves better - if the service of your staff and quality of your food don't improve drastically, you will loose your investment faster that you think. I for one will not easily spend my hard earned money at your restaurant anytime soon. I will rather pay my 5 year old R20 to scramble an egg for me - he will do it better than your chef would. I go through the trouble of writing this complaint because you could use all feedback at this critical stage of your new business.
