KFC
No stock and bad service

Every time I go to This KFC in blue route mall, they are always out of stock of their ice-cream and there is always a different excuse such as "the machine needs to be cleaned or they are out of stock" I always get a silly excuse and get told there will be none for the day. This to me is unacceptable because the machine should be cleaned the night before and why would you be out of stock.
every time you introduce a new crushers there is always so much advertising but there is no ice-cream. This is not the first or only time this has happened to me, this happens at least 2-3 times per month and has been going on for the past year. This is a terrible advert for KFC.

My second problem with this KFC is that they are always slow and you order your food and will get it 10 minutes later, why do I have to wait for "fast food"??
This to me is TERRIBLE service and needs to be rectified right now because it has been going on way too long.
In my day I have a one hour lunch and KFC is convenient for me but I would rather make the long walk and go to McDonald's to get my food and drinks because I at least know that there is fast and friendly service that I am not going to get at this KFC
