Can Lucy on a Customer Service Course

On Sunday Morning we usually get our meal, but this Sunday Lucy and her Team instructed us not to stand in the Drive Thru queue probably because they want to show they are reaching their target in the time period, which is not the case, they usually send people one side, I refused as I am in a hurry as we are on our way to church. I asked Lucy very nice if the Hash Brown is in the packet where she replied very rude YES, I called her and told her that I a going to report her - and again (You are Welcome), is that the way to speak to customers - Get your ACT right - I am paying your salary at the end of the day.
