Bad service & Bad food!

I am DISGUSTED with the service & food from the Kenilworth branch. The service has always been bad, since they opened. Someone is breeding bad service there. The 2 front of house staff were more concerned with their hair than serving customers. Our cashew nut chicken dish had ZERO cashews nuts, not just 2 or 3, ZERO. It tasted old. I ordered my brinjal dish hot, the lid said medium. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone fobbed me off like she fobbed off other customers while I was waiting THIRTY minutes for my take away. She said the manager Aiden would call me when he came in at 20:30 - I'm still waiting for his call. It was a toss up between Simply Asia and Thai Caf? last night. The Kenilworth staff should spend an evening at Thai Caf? Palmyra and see what service and good food is really about. I will never order from there again.
