KFC
3 months and no response

I am now totally fed up with the KFC branches in my area, as well as Customer service who ensures that action will be taken but never is.

I have complained often about the KFC branches in my area and surounding areas. namely
Brackenhurst, Meyersdal, Mulbarton, and The Glen Shopping centre. and on each occasion I was told that the issue would be resolved. it seems as if KFC does not care about the oppinions and attitudes the customers have about their terrible service, poorly prepared chicken and dishonest managers.
