De Kelder restaurant gets 5 stars

On Saturday the 26th October2013, I celebrated my mother's 8oth birthday at De Kelder Restaurant in Plattekloof in Cape Town. What a fantastic evening. Philip, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and offered us a complete section of the restaurant. I was allowed to come in hours before the time to decorate the tables and he did everything in his power to make the whole event absolutely stress free. The food was amazing and the portions were very generous. Our waiter for the evening was JJ and he was worth his weight in gold. He handled a group of 22 with absolute ease. I would like to thank Philip, JJ and your team for a wonderful evening that was enjoyed by all. It is refreshing to find the quality and service so efficient. If anyone is planning an end of year function or celebration of any kind, I strongly suggest that you consider using De Kelder Restaurant in Plattekloof in cape Town.
