TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This was by far the POOREST service we have ever received! I would have liked to tell the whole story..but unfortunately Hellopeter only allows a limited number of characters per complaint..I think this works to your benefit! I will then just highlight the terrible experience... We waited 30 minutes for our drinks..only to receive it flat and warm. Evertime we ordered something the there was a mistake. Everytime we complained to the manager, the arrogant little rolled his eyes and did nothing about it. The food took an hour. When the first dishes arrived, the waiter informed one of the guests her dish were not available..ONLY AFTER the other guests started receiving their food with ten minute intervals..correct me if I'm wrong, but is it not good hospitality that all guests are served at the same time? One of the guests ordered kleftiko..the THING that was put on the plate looked like a dog had eaten the meat off the bone and only left little scraps of meat. The MEDIUM fillet came out as CHARCOALED fillet. And yet again the sarcastic manager could not assist. What makes it worse, is the fact that, whom we assume to be the owner, watched the whole time and not once apologised!!
