Disappointment with product

Last night I stopped at the fishaways in Safari Gardens to purchase one paella and one grilled fillet with rice.
I would just like to say that there was more rice than anything. The fillet was sitting on a huge bed of rice and when I opened the paella all I saw was the rice - I had to dig deep to find fish.
Last week I purchased 3 fillets and the portions were perfect - so I would like to know what happened in a week.??
There are two other Fishaways in Rustenburg and I have never experienced this before.
