Poor Response

I complained a while ago about my wrong order and poor food and service and recieved an sms from steers saying its being looked into. I then recieved another sms saying the problem is solved, how? I want at the very least a refund and a written apology, this is unaccetable! You cant just say the problem is solved and all is well again! FIX IT!!!
