Extremely bad and unaccetable service

From the first moment my wife and I sat down, it was a nightmare. My meal ordered was completely not consistent with what i order from Ocean Basket - 300g Kingklip fillet. When I queried this, I was told this was the "tail" of the Kingklip and not the fillet, by the manager Dawie. I reluctantly accepted this, as i was not willing to send it back. when ordering the "fish captain hook" as a take away, my instructions were clear that it be grilled with rice. I was subsequently served with a nuggets and chips. When I pointed out the blatant disregard for what was ordered, I was met with hostility by both Dawie - the manager and the apparent owner - Klaus who instead told me to vacate the establishment - this after being very aggresive and almost physical. I advised him that I would be taking this extremely bad altercation up with the Ocean Basket franchise Head Office, at which point I was told that I was not even supposed to be in the "grill" area. This after I insisted that I would also be pointing out the extreme disregard for hygiene and customer etiquette. To my extreme disgust, i was then advised "niks sal gebeur want meneer is nie wit".
