Lack of Service leaves a bad taste

We visited this establishment on the 19 October 2013 for a friends birthday. The service really left a foul taste in one's mouth. Our poor waitress was serving 3 tables of /- 10 - 15 patrons each, she was run off her feet and got not help at all, f the manager had enough staff on duty this would not of been a problem. We managed to order 1 round of drinks and then after a good 45mins another round. Our food took over 1 hour and 20 mins to arrive. I believe there was an issue with the lightning knocking out the computers, however she did not come back and inform us, she just stayed away. I would think that the manager would of at least informed his guests of which there were many that there was a problem, we heard this about 2 hours later when he decided to let us all know of the problems experienced during the afternoon. I ordered a drink from the manager himself and 1/2 hour later had to go and find him to ask what had happened to it. The service in this restaurant and I will most definitely not return, even though the food was good. I would suggest that the manager employ enough competent staff over a weekend when the restaurant is busy.
