Ordered a carrot muffin at 10.00am and waitress Khanye said that it was not baked yet, asked when it will be ready and she said that she does not know. Asked for the muffin again at 11.00, she said it was not baked, does not know when it will be ready. At 12.30 we asked her to find out and she did not come back so we asked for a manger. Kevin told us that they do not know when it will be baked and it was not available and that was that. They did not offer us any other muffin an Khanyi said that was what she told us... His attitude and explination was unacceptable and he could not care less whether we returned or not.
