Utterly appalled and disgusted

I am sick to my stomach that I am writing to hello peter. I was at the McDonald's on sat the 12th of October in Fordsburg and i ordered a packet of chips. While eating i found a cockroach. I am disappointed and disgusted at the service that was received from all the staff as they all just laughed the matter off as it was a big joke. I expected much more from such a big franchise.
