Bad Service & Staff that have attitude

Hi i would like to complain about the bad service that i always get from Chicken Licken Rosebank. They render a delivery service, I called in early today for food to be delivered at my work place and they did take my order even my number but they didn't deliver my order, I tried again calling them after an hour and they dont pick up the calls. How will we support this business if they dont give us what we want and they dont keep their promises. please help. Kutlwano- Rosebank
