SUCH A GREAT GESTURE

So last night we decided to get take outs. The person behind the counter was so friendly. She asked if we were tired after the long day and made conversation with us. As luck would have it the chicken wasn't ready and she wasnt aware of it. She came over to us after a couple of minutes to apologise for keeping us and told us that the chicken would only be out in a few minutes and again appologised for not knowing earlier. She asked if she could offer us anything, she only offered ice cream which we declined but she was so friendly I didnt mind the wait.
