Bad service and attitude

Im just tired of having to constantly wait 25min for a chicken meal, of which at said time I ordered a streetwise 2 and waited too long in my opinion. Im a regular at this branch and have been supporting them for the last 15 years and it seems the service levels are dropping. Staff members giving me attitude when you tell them the order is correct or when having to wait long for ones order. Something needs to be done as this is the second time im lodging a complaint against them for bad service and bad attitudes.
