Unhappy 3 times

I have been to kfc centurion about 5 times now and 3 of those times I have not received everything I paid for. When I go through the drive thru I accept that everything will be in the bag when I get it. I can't stop and check to make sure that it is as there are always cars behind me. I'm really not happy. And don't see myself going there again.
