Steers Vinect Park Motors are pathetic

On 20110-02 in the evening I proceeded to the above-mentioned Steers and placed an order total value R153.10. Included with food was a litre of coke. I presented the credit card and after a long wait was informed that there was a problem with the machine. It was reset but no supervisor was available for a password? I then enquired if I could use another machine in the store. I was denied this and told I need to pay cash, the ATM outside was however not working. I was referred to the garage down the road next to McDonalds. I was becoming irritated at this stage and was told by the cashier that when I returned my order would be ready to go. On my arrival my goods were packed and I noticed the coke was not on the counter where i had placed it so assumed it was packed as it was payed for. On my return home I noticed the coke was not in the packet, neither were any sauses, salt etc. I phoned the next morning but was told that the manager was not available and would phone me back without delay, twenty four hour later and no feedback, pathetic to say the least not to mention criminal. The lack of service can surely be reflected by the lack of management.
