Grace took my order and as I was waiting for my order, the lady Molaudsi need customer service lessons ASAP. Unprofessional how she talks her employers bad in Setswana and when she gave me my orders, she grabbed the slip and I gently asked her why she grabs it and not nicely, she told me that she is there to work and that is her work. Kept quiet. The CBD chicken licken PHOKENG customer service is so outstanding as I buy my lunch and dinner there most of the time. Please address the issue ASAP. I am a paying customer and don't need to be treated with respect as I do treat low level staff with respect. The customer service is bad.
