Over an hour for NO Porra Prawns

Visited Ocean Basket Clearwater Mall on Mon 23/09. Placed an order @ 13h15 for a 1KG Porra Prawns. After waiting for 30 mins, nobody bothered to check on us. After 45 mins, our waiter comes to us to tell us that they cleaning the prawns. Does it take 45 mins to clean prawns??? After an hour of waiting and frustration, i decided to walk out. Who knows if the prawns actually came. Pls do not ever go to that branch as their service. Even when they're not busy!!!
