Bad Service

We visited Panarottis in Bayside last night we go there every week, there was no one to meet us at the door, the waiter chantelle was so unfriendly she didn't even greet us at the table, no smile and so unfriendly, There was no manager in store, I complaint to a waiter about the service and she gave me the operations manager card, Angelo Johnson, she said I must sms him. I send Angelo a sms stating the bad sevice in the store and that we regulars, he replied saying its our choice to be there and must make it our own decition. I think that is very rude of a operations manager to respond so rudely to a complaint.

I am very dissipointed.
