Insects (cockroach) in food

In several orders from debonairs, over a few months, we would receive pizzas with almost no filling but cheese, after several attempts we complained towards customer care, received a pizza with one halve, no filling and other halve smashed to the box. Yet another complain towards customer care. When the pizza arrived, we paid and then discovered some cooked cockroaches on this food. We are not interested in free pizza or money back, but one thing is for sure, I am taking these insects to the university tomorrow where I will get a full analysis
