Firstly a bad attitude and still double charges me

Firstly I get to the counter after standing in a que for a little while, I placed my order, the teller Nonku had such a bad attitude goes and sypes my chip card in a speed point, which she did not check my card first instead of inserting the chip card, I checked my sms's and go back and report I was double charged, I showed proof of the messages and requested a refund the manager requested that I should come back the next day with a bank statement, my problem was that I'm not from pmb, I was passing by to grab something to eat as we were on our way to Ermelo, the manager also with his terrible attitude insists that he can not give out cash, he had no solution and lost me more than 45 min standing there hoping that we get help, at the end we told them since they had doubled charged us they should just give us another duplicate order so that we could leave as we had waisted to much time already, so we paid for another meal even though we didn't need it, KFC needs to really train their staff on customer service and also how to deal with credits if needed, I am disappointed on the way I was treated infront of my family, I do hope that this is dealt with accordingly.
