Bryanston branch hopeless

Before your Bryanston branch moved to Nicolway I used to frequent your restaurant. I loved the atmosphere and the family owned feeling. This is all gone now, and so is the family business attention to service.

Perhaps you should promote the barman Tony to manager as he was literally the only person who helped me of his own accord. The waiters and manager were quite happy for me to walk away with an ice cold pizza.

Please swallow your apology as well. I have written off your franchise, it only takes one bad experience.
