Very unfriendly and cannot cook

We booked at spur savannah for a birthday celebration and it turned into a total failbration, the waitress was not friendly, didnot listen to our requests and always disappointed, we ordered a chief platter and the ribs looked like they were eaten by an animal at the chef areas, the calamaries were dry looking like they were fried a day before and smelled badly, chips were very brown as they were over fried, the chicken strips in the salad were not even half cooked, we came with a child but the waitress told us we will pay for the drink because we did not show her the spur card before she rang the items, i spoke to emma, joe and another shift manager and they tried to redo my chiefs platter but I had already lost my appetite, i can guarantee that if this continues in that branch the sales graph will never go up, theres a lot of talk regarding the don't care behaviour in this branch and more people will go to mall of the north for a better service and [URL Removed] on you should know better that you are not doing us a favour... emma you should have started with us
