Dirty food and don't allow me to return

I bought a meal at KFC Randpark Ridge last night 5 minutes before they were about to close. Took the take away home and upon opening noticed that there was ash all over my food. Now I did the decent thing and complained to the head office (with pictures) but am yet to hear anything from them. Took the disgusting food back today and lo and behold they refuse to open the doors because they say they're spring cleaning. They are literraly speaking to me through the glass doors. What you are doing KFC is tantamount to, which in my view makes you a bunch of criminals. You're my money by refusing to take your sub-standard filthy food back and refunding my money.

I will tell everyone i know about this sordid turn of events and i'm never buying food from any of your franchises EVER again. Pathetic!
