RASICM ACCUSATIONS FROM STAFF!!!

On 08/09/2013 I placed an order at drive through. The cashier didn't greet us & was very unfriendly. It took us 7min to place an order, we had to repeat ourselves. I made payment, received an sms from the bank of the deduction. The cashier couldnt print a slip, she didnt know how the machine works. Told her i would go inside to get a slip. When i got to the front they advised me that the transaction declined. I asked for the manager Patricia. Patricia told me that she phoned IT and they confirmed it declined. Even though the money was deducted from my account. She said that the money will return in my account and i have to pay again. I told her it is unacceptable. I want food or a refund. She was reluctant to help. What IT works on a Sunday?? I told her to phone the regional manager. After arguing for 15min she went to phone the manager. Conveniently his phone was off. A managers phone is not allowed to be off. In the meantime Nelsine in her own language called us 'Mlungu's' not knowing that we understood it. How does arguing about MY MONEY make me??? I want immediate action taken against these incompetent staff!! KFC should learn from McDonalds about good service!!!
