Very bad service 3 Septembe

I placed my order last night at 17:30, waited untill 18:40 to find out where our delivery is an Onias said the driver just left. I then waited untill 19:00 phoned the shop again to ask where our food was and Onias said the driver is 5 min away from our place. AGAIN no one arrives at 19:30 i phoned again and Onias said he now has to make my order it was never even made. I then told them to cancel my order. I would have waited till this morning for the food. People shouldnt order from this place it is not the first time we had problems with this branch. The staff are fast asleep!!!

Please be advised that this report belong to Honeydew store, i have spoken to Anna from Strubensvalley and i am to apologize because it was not her store. She advised me the contact no i had was from Honeydew Pizza perfect. I was given the wrong information from Onias, obviously this employee did not want me to complain about him to the right people. I once again want to apologize to Anna owner of Strubensvalley
