Dropping the ball on quality!

JD's is my favourite restuarant but i feel like you've been dropping the ball!

The most popular meal we go for is the sushi whenever we feel like indulging. On saturday (31/08/2013), I tasted the Prawn avalanche tasted different but thought I might be imagining myself and let it slide, since we always have great service, however I ordered it again last night and it was the same as previous TERRIBLE!!! I could not even taste the prawn itself, felt like eating a ball of half fried flour, DRENCHED in the mayo based sauce... I called for the manager who then advised there was a change in the flour, it was a change from the Regional/Head office, I expressed my views and took into account what he explained as well.

I'm writing you to say that was a bad change!!! Please stick to the original flour!

The manager was extremely helpful and checked to see whether they still had the previous flour in store for a new batch but confirmed there wasn't any, he then enquired by some of the other restaurants and got some from them to make me a batch for my take-away - THANKS 10/10 to you!

Improve:
Calamari tubes fried are too oily, needs to be drained!
Steaks - waaay to dry and tasteless
