On 31/08/2013 i ordered double crammbed crust and i was served Pizza dough i called back and Spoke to Gugu and i told her that their drivers must come pick up the nonsense i was served with she advised that they start work at 11 on a sunday which we then came to an agreement that someone will be at my house at 11h30 she even took down my address and obviously that didn't happen, and she failed to notify other staff members about my issue as she was starting work at 3 on Sunday, i then spoke to the manager later on sunday who just said sorry but didnt sort out my problem, for crying out loud i paid for this it wasnt a gift from debonairs, sunday night i took the pizza back myself after calling a number of times for someone to pick it up. i gave it to the manager who took it back and he only said sorry clearly this was a waste of my money. i didnt know that debonairs sells half done Pizza's that can make us sick and its a danger to our health i WAS a big fan of debonairs but after this weekend no more. All i can say to debonairs as a Franchiser have your Franchisees trained on customer service so that they can implement it back to their stores otherwise you will dent your Name foreve
