CAN'T SEE THE PIZZA FOR THE CHEESE!!!

On Thursday 29 September, we arrived to celebrate a birthday lunch. The waitor, firstly, poured a cold Sprite into a glass fresh from the dishwasher. The whole base of the glass cracked and broke off and Sprite went everywhere! I then expected to have a REPLACEMENT sprite - BUT WAS CHARGED FOR 2!!!
My pizza - avo, bacon & feta - was not ordered and arrived late. Upon arrival, there was almost no tomato base evident and so much mozzarella cheese, the entire pizza was pale yellow in appearance! There was also two tiny pieces of bacon hidden under the mountain of cheese and the avo was also nearly non-existent!!
I complained and was told that the kitchen manager would be informed - I HAD TO PAY FOR THE PIZZA REGARDLESS! And I only managed to eat 3 slices AFTER PULLING OFF ABOUT A BLOCK'S WORTH OF CHEESE!!!
My friends have heard my story and I have also posted it onto Facebook. An apology would have gone a long way... Thanks for nothing.
