No Delivery for paid goods

Went into the store on Sunday 01/09/2013 at about 17:15 pm. Firstly they did not even have the cram crust available at that point, stating that the cheese grillers are finished, which was unacceptable on month for that not to be available. Secondly they advised that i have to wait for an order in store for 45 minutes to an hour. I then PAID for the pizza and requested that they delivery the pizza to my house, the attendant said it will be delivered after 2 hours. I waited and waited for that pizza till the next day, in which the pizza is still NOT DELIVERED. Contact details on slip don't work, tried website and still the contacts don't work. Am extremely unhappy with the service, absolutely no sense of urgency.
