Continuously poor service, stale roles

Finally my girlfriend and I were pushed too far last night at Steers in Blouberg. We ordered two burgers and waited... then all of the staff started speaking Xhosa or Zulu amongst themselves and moved to the kitchen at the back, where this continued boisterously, I even saw two staff members high-fiving each other as if there was an inside joke going. The final straw was when I noticed one of the staff members peeking at us through a gap between two counters as if to try and keep an eye on us. Then I knew something was up and I believe they were tampering with the food I was about to eat.

We cancelled our order after a quick chat, and took the refund. As a consumer, to be treated this way is not acceptable, regardless of whether they did tamper or not. I will not be going there again and will be sure to share my experience with anyone I know who does.
