Shahi Khana Norwood's Bad Service

Last night a friend and I went for a buffet dinner at Shahi Khana in Norwood. We arrived just after 6.30pm. The restaurant was still quiet, but we were offered a table outside, which we declined preferring to sit inside. There were numerous four seater tables available inside, none of them reserved. Still we were told that if we wanted to sit inside we would have to wait an hour to be seated. On saying that we would then go eat elsewhere we where suddenly offered one of the four seater tables inside. This is the second time an incident of this nature has happen at this restaurant. The first time we waited about ten minutes for a two seater table, during our entire wait and meal the four seater tables that were available remained unoccupied. The kind of service is unacceptable. They have lost a loyal client.
