WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

I was with a friend, a French foreigner who wanted subway Saturday the 10 August 2013 at about 8pm. I was shocked when we approached the counter to find the two workers on their phone lying on the counter top with arms NOT at all happy about the fact that we came their way. The one who helped my friend was very rude (User1?) she was not being polite and understanding that my friend mispronounced 2 words which i helped her do when she placed the order. She hurried us like there was a line of 800 waiting TROWING the ingredients on my friend had to picked, she scratched her hair shewing onto something while doing this.By this time i was boiling with anger but stayed calm for my friends sake. To be honest I didn't think they would have taken my criticism sincerely even if i gave it. At payment no thank you was given and my friend was shocked as to what first fast food service we just witnessed. I assured her I have never encountered this. I have never been so embarrassed at a fast food outlet in my life it was so bad the man waiting (only one) after me just walked away from discuss. I wont even comment on the appearance of the food item... ill let you imagine. I'm baffled...
