Poor service/no refund/voucher as compensation

It is with utter disappointment and sheer annoyance I email you regarding the pathetic service and appalling meal served to us at your Suncoast branch!
A month ago, my partner and I visited the Pavilion branch, and we were so impressed with the service and delicious food served we decided to spend my birthday at your restaurant yet again (assuming that we will receive the same excellent service and meals at Suncoast as we had received at Pavilion).
To our disgust we arrive at the restaurant, waited 5 minutes to be seated (eventually we had to run around the restaurant looking for a waitress t show us to a seat).
Mind you, this was on a Monday, 19 August at around 2pm.
When we eventually find a waitress and are seated we order the exact same meal, ordered at the Pavilion branch.
To our dismay, the steak received was barely cooked, had no sauce (unlike the steak at Pavilion), was cold and our chips was refried!!!
No waitress, came by to ask whether our meals were fine and if we needed anything else.
We had to request our steak be re-cooked- which it was, however still not to our satisfaction.
E eventually paid the bill and left, disappointed and adamant on never visiting any store
