Wimpy
Yougurt instead of ice-cream or cream on waffles

I went to wimpy for a nice bar-one waffle, but instead my friend and I were treated to a waitress who looked like she'd much rather be anywhere else and just spoke Venda to us (I don't speak venda!)
We ordered the waffles and she told us there is no ice-cream and offered to put yogurt on instead, yes YOGURT!
I told her I'd rather not have that! And asked for cream instead, she told us she doubts there is cream but I (very annoyed at this point) asked to go and look if there was any cream... and I watched her walked away and go sit down at a table with other waitresses and completely disregarded and ignored us!

We were so annoyed and disgusted we upped and left!
Not only do you not have a very VITAL ingredient in store, but you also have no sense of customer service, and to make matters worse this is not the first bad experience at this wimpy! But this will most definitely be my last!
I leave a very disappointed customer (ex-customer!)
